How do I register for a course?

On line registration is straightforward with secure on line payment. Please follow the link on the relevant course page (or click here) and you will be redirected to the HIVE secure website. When you have completed registration online payment you will receive email confirmation.

What if I cannot register on line?

You can register by contacting the ESTRO office. Details are provided in the Contact Us section of this website.

What happens if I cannot attend and have to cancel my registration?

A full refund of the registration fee less a 15% administrative charge can be obtained up to three months before the start of the course. A refund of 50% of the fee can be made less than three months but at least one month before the start of the course. No refund will be made if the cancellation request is postmarked less than one month before the start of the course.

Is there simultaneous translation?

The courses are in English. No simultaneous translation is provided unless otherwise specified in the course details.

How do I access the course materials for online courses?

The course materials are only available to participants in the online courses. To access the materials:

• Visit the ESRO home page and click on 'ESTRO members login'
• Fill in the login and password that you used to register for the course and click on 'Connect'
• Click on 'File sharing' in the column on the left
• Select the correct course
• Click on download to see a list of all the presentations for the course, linked to the day on which they were given
• Click on your chosen presentation to access the pdf file for that presentation.

Is there an examination?

All courses are assessed. The assessment will cover only the material that has been taught on the course. It is usually in the form of multiple choice questions.

Will I get a certificate at the end of the course?

A certificate of attendance will be available for all participants who have attended all sessions of a course once their evaluation form has been completed and returned.

What if I need a visa to attend the course?

Please contact school@estro.org at the earliest opportunity if you require a visa. Invitation letters will be issued by the local organiser or local travel agent or by ESTRO if within Schengen territory. ESTRO will provide a letter of invitation within three working days following receipt of the request.
