Registration

We strongly recommend registering online by clicking here. The first step to course registration is to obtain a web ID by registering your details on the ESTRO database. This is free of charge, and does not commit you to registering for a course or becoming an ESTRO member.

Fees

We operate standard fees for the majority of our courses. If the fee should differ for your chosen course, you will be notified before payment when you register online.

* For the exact date of the deadlines, please refer to the announcement of the course you plan to attend. Registration and full payment should be received before the corresponding deadline.

Payment

Payment by credit card:

Only Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa or American Express are accepted. Online payment by credit card is secure as the system will seamlessly redirect you to OGONE (see www.ogone.be for more details) to pay your registration fee. Once the payment has been made, the system will automatically generate an invoice stating the payment is settled. You can download your certificate of payment.

Payment by bank transfer:

This is possible provided that:

• You provide us with the name, address, e-mail address and phone number of the person who should receive the invoice and a reference for the order at least one month before the course starts
• You agree to pay an additional sum of €6.50 to cover administrative charges
• You pay your registration fee within 15 days of the invoice date and fax proof of payment (given by the bank) to the ESTRO office within this period
• If we do not receive payment and proof of payment within this period, the system will automatically cancel your registration. If you still wish to attend the course you will have to start the registration process again, and pay the appropriate rate
• Payment by bank transfer is not possible less than one month before the start of the course
• Confirmation of registration will be sent to each participant upon receipt of payment

Cancellations

• Up to three months before the course/meeting and in case of “force majeure” (written justification needed at least 15 days after the end of the event) full registration fee minus 15% for administrative costs can be refunded
• Up to one month before the course, 50% of the fee can be refunded
• No refund can be made if the cancellation request is postmarked less than one month before the start of the course
• Change from one event to another during the same year is possible if the request is received at least one month before the start of both events, and only if places are available. An administrative fee will be charged.
